3 - Your curriculum vitae
4 - A list of no more than three references, including e-mail addresses and telephone numbers
5 - Non-refundable application fee of $25.00

Please make checks payable to “Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra”. Payment may also be made by credit card.

If your application is accepted, payment of $1,200.00 is due by February 18. Contact FMSO Executive Director Paul Hegland if you need to make arrangements to spread payment over a longer time period.
